Premium Leather Backgammon, the main and surface materials are made of 16mm and 4mm First Quality Medium Density Fiber (MDF) Boards to maintain the durability of the rigid shape and form of our products. After profiling into various forms and measure, the MDF parts are proceeded to wrapping phase with PU glue with wood decorated or plain colored alkorcell foils consistent with the product types. After the motifs and patterns are applied to the genuine leather textured artificial leathers by a textile printing machines. The leathers are adhered to MDF surfaces with polyurethane adhesive. Decorative metal locking clips are mounted and boxed to be ready for delivery. The prints on the surfaces are not deformed due to cologne, detergent, soap, sweat or friction, except for pure alcohol and acetone. Playing chips are made of polygol glossy polyester in a variety of colors. Optional accessories come with plastic, acrylic, polyester chips, larger dices, doubling cubes and shakers for dices, depending on product models.
